Don't Do It

Hi everyone! We are now in the time of the year that the honeymoon phase is over, staff and students are tired and you're noticing all the things you want running differently in your school. You might have even learned something new that you think would be great for your school. Today I'm telling you Don't Do It.

In my latest blog, The Power of Focus, I share the perils of trying to do too much. It's a trap we all fall into but the end result is rarely excellence. Instead, get focused and try to do less, but do it really well. Once your focus areas are operating at a high level, then you can consider the next thing. Check out the blog for tips on how to narrow your focus and actually take your school to the next level.

As you go into the Thanksgiving Break, take time to rest, recharge and reflect so you can head into the middle of the year with a next level game plan.

As always, comment, like or reach out with questions. You Got This!

In today's educational landscape, effective communication is more critical than ever, especially when it comes to discussing state test results. I am excited to introduce you...
